With the discussion to conduct its pilot program only in early 2018, Rajawali Academy is providing an access to advance training assistance, which one of the options that available to our employees is to study a MicroMasters through the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
MicroMasters are postgraduate qualifications introduced by edX, a non-profit online education provider. The aim of Micromasters programs is to provide training is specific subjects that match the needs of major employers, as the following :
- States and Markets in the Global Economy: Learn to predict financial crises, handle unfair trade practices and minimize risks when investing in emerging economies.
- Global Marketing Strategy: Understand how to assess global market opportunities and challenges while developing successful global marketing strategies.
- Managing People from a Global Perspective: Learn people management practices and human resource toolsets to build high-performing cross-cultural and global teams.
- Communicating in a Global Context: Learn how cultural differences impact business communication and gain hands on experience to enhance your international managerial communication skills.
The training programs are delivered online by major universities, including MIT, UC Berkeley, Columbia University and Arizona State. For some programs including the Thunderbird Micromasters, students who complete the Micromasters can earn course credit towards a standard master degree such as an MBA.
