Top 99: Public Service Innovations in Indonesia (Year 2014) Summary:

This book is a form of appreciation towards the One Agency One Innovation (1A1I) Movement through the execution of Public Service Innovation Competition, in the year of 2014. The competition itself was an initiative of the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform, in an aim to foster the development of public service innovation for every Ministry/Bureau and Regional Government to increase the quantity and enhance the quality of the public service at their best effort.
